Emerald ash borer confirmed in Northland

If you have an ash tree growing in your yard, you might check whether it has unwelcome guests creating S-shaped tunnels under the bark.

The emerald ash borer, an iridescent green bug about a half-inch long, has been spotted in the Northland, according to the Missouri Department of Conservation.
